klo puasa doang yg nggak rata2 angka 1150 udah kenyang bgt klo hari biasa bisa kontrol di 1300 hmmmm...saur tadi aku sama 100 g nasi putih, tempe bacem tahu bacem sambel lalapan, sama teh anget total 300 kkl buka sama apa yaaaa... yg enak enak
