hari ini nggak olah raga dan cheating day qiqiqiiqqiq total kalori tetep terkontrol, dapi nggak seimbang gizinya, hari ini buka puasa makan mie ayam langganan, teh manis, sama nutri sari 2 gelas, saur tadi makan nasi 150 g sama pindang dada ayam... cheating day bisa klo pas puasa doang senin kamis qiqiqiiqq
