semangaaaat akhir bulan bisa ke 68..pasang target aja dolo kl g sampe juga gpp..lemak tubuh yg plg penting harus turun..skrg jd 33.0 alhamdulillah..moga bs ke 30 akhir bulan.semangaaat wo 2x sehari..
