I have struggled with depression for 20 years. It’s better some times, then worse other times. You are worthy, but no amount of other people telling you that will convince you, if you’re like me anyway. Try to tell yourself you’re worthy of this meal, stick to one meal at a time! You will succeed more and more, and feel progressively better. But be gentle with yourself. Don’t let one “slip” ruin the rest of your choices that day or week. You are worthy! You are beautiful and loved! I promise it gets easier to keep up the lifestyle changes.
