alhaamdulillah bb naek 0.1 kg tp lemak turun byk..g percaya sech kok bs yach..dr 38.5 jd 33.8 semangaaat target 30 akhir bulan ini lemak tubuh nya.semangaat sehat.wo 2x sehari biar sehat..semangaaat..pasti bisaaa
