昨晚吃了義大利麵
雖然一大半都是女鵝吃掉
但還是攝取過多的碳水😅

今天的早午餐
就用自助餐來解決吧!!
飯量用目視的約30吧!!
急著讓孩子快點吃飯沒辦法拍照😅
