Yesterday was my “refeed”. I didn’t go crazy but it felt satisfying eating 1700+ calories instead of my usual 1400. Carbs were kept at 50grams
61.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
