Down 9 pounds since the 16th of July. I can pull off my "new" shorts without unbuttoning them. I love seeing and feeling the payoff of my hard work!

96.1 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg. Still to go: 9.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
