That's why I hate it so much to weigh myself. it's always the same story. I try soo hard then the scale tell me a different story. that is very depressing. But people say you can't always believe what the scale are showing

Your scale might be faulty, I just went to buy a new scale now my scale was crazy

Remember that muscle weigh more than fat. Have you exercised more than usual? We gain muscle before we start to shed excess fat. Don't give up!

What did you eat the night before you weighed? I find if i eat steak or pork the night before I always weigh more, but a day or 2 later I have a drop. My trainer said it is because meat takes longer to digest.

Soy mince can be quite salty. Legumes..like beans..lentils etc... and mash potatoe are quite carby and carbs will always hold more water after the fact. For every 1gm of glycogen stored your body holds about 2.7 grams of water. This leads to water retention. It's basically your kidneys holding onto the sodium. Water retention can be a real bugger UGH...just down your water like there's no tomorrow. If you have a nice pharmacist...get them to give you Amiloretic. It's a diuretic and cheap as chips...excuse the pun :)))
