Since Sept. 17 my weight has remained somewhat consistent. 137.2 lbs. through 138 lbs. range. Today I weighed at 137.8. Body fat is back down to 33.2%. I would like some input in regards to body fat. I feel that the heavier I am the lower it is but if I drop in weight body fat % immediately goes up. Any predictions on how long into this weight loss journey before both numbers are working/coincide together??
