I am so proud of myself my little girl is going to be 4 months old next week and mommy weighs the same as she did before she fell pregnant. This journey has become more than just a weightloss goal for me since I've become a mom, I want my daughter to see me making healthy decisions and taking care of myself, mind body & spirit.
