Looking at your diet calendar you are eating way too many carbs to enter Ketosis. Carbs block Ketones. Any sugar is going to stop Keto in its tracks and grapefruit is mostly sugars. I try to hit at most 20-30 grams of carbs per day.

Yep, I went and checked and your carbs are way high. You seem to be bouncing all over the place. focus on real food a quality protein and quality fats.
