At last, broke into the 2-teens..don't know if it will last as this plateau has been just awful...up 1, down 1/2, up 1/2, down 1...arrggh..
my clothes are looser though, so not sure what's up...wore a pair of size 20 jeans today, first time since about 2002...good thing I don't mind thrift store clothes, can't afford new stuff at each level ... well, let's see what tomorrow brings!
99.7 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
