MC 第3天~~補碳接力賽
今天第一餐~選擇補水果
3菜/半塊豬排/紅蘿蔔蛋/草魚烘蛋
中午吃酪梨半顆+奶油乳酪+火龍果
晚餐~缺少蔬菜,只吃幾口飯
藥膳香菇燉全雞湯~超油的啦
杏鮑菇炒三層肉
63.9 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
