ocd day 11 - report hari ini, yang harus di aware adalah nongkrong dan makan gorengan + pisang nugget, untuk liquid calories hari ini aman cuma besok harus back in track lagi minimal puasa 16 jam + diusahakan real and clean food :) semangat (h-83 ocd diet)
