Try to think about the stuff that you like. For example go to the movies or have a beautiful walk or take up an activity indoor or outdoor like wall climbing its fun and for all the family. What keeps me going os not thinking about the diet all the time. And i let myself indulge in some dark chocolate woth hazelnut or 10 fries... you can take a hot relaxing bath and just relax.... well all im saying take time for you and the things you love. I love exercising it relaxes me a lot. Sometimes its just the air pressure that nakes me feel bluh but i know it will pass. Think about your happy zone 🤗😄🌈

I feel you :( yesterday was a tough day for me . Didn’t drink enough water, ate too many crackers lol but today it’s a new day and we get an opportunity to start over again :) hugs and stay strong 💪🏽

just keep going and push through.. took me years actually but don’t ever give up because that’s when you’ve actually lost, some wise person once said “you must constantly wage wars against yourself to become the best version of yourself”.
