Hah, I knew a lot of the prior loss had to be water. Rehydration kicked me almost back into gain territory. I also never did get around to that snack last night, will do better to make sure I top at least 700 and preferably 800 calories today.
118.7 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's weird how we have such similar days. I did horribly yesterday, didn't even top 400 calories. I was incredibly bloated and couldn't stomach food and not feeling much better today. I'm trying to keep liquids in me so I don't get dehydrated but even that bothers my stomach. I hope I didn't catch a stomach bug :(
