午餐:煎雞腿排2/3塊/煎蛋1顆/炒花椰菜、四季豆、皎白筍、玉米筍、杏鮑菇/香腸切片1塊/日月潭紅玉紅茶(無糖)
下午茶:紅豆餅/小蘋果1/2顆
晚餐:蜜汁雞腿/炒高麗菜/炒菜豆/炒青椒/無糖豆漿150ml
