Weight is dropping much better then I thought. About 2 lbs a week. And gaining muscle mass (very pleased) And my strength on bench press increased 20 lbs. 10 on bicep/ triceps. Cardio leg strength has doubled!
82.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
