昨天的D2麵包逆襲+0.4 今天64.3。。。斷食19小時 到下午3點才吃第一餐吃便當菜。 晚上外出工作我竟然吃了 麥!當!勞!吃了一包真的薯條😱 然後吃漢堡沒吃麵包 好餓就吃了,薯條依然美味 配一些滷味海帶.豆干.豬頭皮。 今天的罪惡是薯條😂 可惜還沒吃飽!明天再來斷食
