Silverweb's Journal, 28 May 10

I did it! I lost another little packet of weight. I've been following my Atkins religiously and exercising at least an hour a day, adding on my ball workout and stuff like that. I'm so relieved! Being lighter is perceptible to me and so very much easier on my joints and everything! I even sleep better. So happy!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
