📌低碳生酮264天~63.6(-16.3) 哈哈哈。馬上升體重♨MC Day3 我忘了放鬆吃什麼😆 阿!我太晚吃晚餐了 9點多才吃飽。又晚睡。所以胖😈 今天一樣吃爽爽。中午吃意大利麵 下午吃榴槤2塊/蛋黃酥2塊 晚餐吃韓式泡菜石鍋/海鮮煎餅 今天滿滿的醣類/米飯/麵粉😆 竟然沒睡著耶!神奇 而且會讓經血比較少 晚上馬上多一公斤了😛
