It's amazing how social eating on Saturday can have such a dramatic impact on my weight for the week. The weight I gain on the weekend makes it discouraging to get on the scale.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
