前天吃完伯母和志工姐姐送的水果,因為不想浪費食物只好延後生酮日,開始正式生酮就脫水了😅
77.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

脫水也是很麻煩,一直跑廁所,我半夜也一直起來上 😅😅

隊長,我只有白天一直喝水一直尿尿,晚上一覺到天亮,我生酮穩定後睡眠變好,半夜不會醒,雖然睡不長,但睡眠品質挺好😉

我也睡很熟,和豬一樣,不是每天,有可能我只是頻尿,我有時候會晚上睡前还喝水⋯😅🤦🏻‍♀️
