I cheated and got on the scale yesterday morning. It moved a tiny bit, but I'm not going to get too excited about it. Because my weight does tend to come off then jump right back on, lol.
More or less I'm doing prety good with the diet but I have to incorporate more fruits and veggies into it. Monday and Tuesday i went over my points, and more than likely I will today too, but I'm trying to get better.
My WW weigh-in days are on Saturdays. I figured this would be the best day because the weekends are usually bad for me. This way I can end on a good note.
Hopefully I will have good news this weigh-in...
