stuck at a weight again so time to wait for it to equalise
not enough time to exercise at the moment so time to keep at this weight until I have more time to exercise more. 3.5 stone loss since Jan 7th is still good in my books.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
