So yesterday was exhuasting. I got a lot of homework done, about 30 miles on the bike and mowed 3 lawns with a push mower with 10 lb ankle weights on. I went online and found the calories burned for the mowing, my bike gives it's own calculations, so even though I ate tons yesterday I really only consumed 606 calories which acounts for the loss. After all that exercise I treated myself to a nice hot long bubble bath. And since I actually have a loss this week I will be treating myself to a wax this weekend. I have decided that each week that I have a loss I will treat myself to something small: a wax, a manicure, a pedicure or sushi. So this way I can reward myself. I plan on taking pictures at every 10 lb loss to be able to visually see what is happening. Best of luck to everyone over the weekend!!!
