😂 no worries, happy to give you a summary:
- I am on a low carb diet, so I completely cut out sugar and bread. Reason for “completely”: my body responds quickly and rapidly to Sugar and bread, and I crave these often if I have them, even in moderation. So “cheat days” are also strictly non sugar. If pressed, I will consume stevia.
- I exercise for ATLEAST 30 minutes atleast 4x a week. Because I work and study, I don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym, so I prefer to go in every time I can, even if it’s a short period.
- I drink about 2L of water each day.
All the above really work well for my body and in a matter of two weeks I can already feel the kilos falling off. I also do intermittent fasting - especially when I reach a plateau.
It’s hardsest at the beginning (because of the cravings) but once I get through the first week, it becomes a lifestyle.
