Exercised this morning again. Felt quite invigorated after. Will see how we feel tomorrow morning when I gave to get up at 4:30 again😜 also werent hungry today at all. Had coffee and homemade sugr and glutenfree seeded rusks with coffee and some broccoli and cauliflower for lunch. Still not hungry, but joined my son for a milkshake at 18:15.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
