Wow! It’s crazy to think how you can gain over 4 lbs in over a few days. I feel horrible! 😭😔🤦🏼‍♀️

I know what you mean. Had surgery last month and haven't been working out for over six weeks gained back 10 pounds. Ugh.

It’s my own fault but I am so unmotivated right now...not sure what’s going on. Surgeries can certainly throw everything off if your trying to lose weight.

you would have to had consumed an extra 3500 calories (on top of your normal eating) each day for 4 days to gain 4 lb of fat. It's likely that you're just a little bloated. Try a good mug of green tea to get things moving again and push that water/bad digestion weight ❤

I should have added. if you are taking any kind of NSAID (like Advil or Aleve) these will cause your muscles to retain water as well (in a good way!) And may lead to water weight fluctuations.
