I know the feeling of breakfast pain. When I was commuting an hour to work last year, I almost always didn't get breakfast at home and then ended up eating a muffin (or something more sinister) when I got there. Some quick brainstormed solutions - maybe you could prepare a bag breakfast the night before (i.e. with lots of fruit or a hard boiled egg) so you could eat when you get to work, keep some healthy breakfast stuff at work or prep some quick and easy stuff to either eat in the car or at least to cut down prep time in the morning so you could eat while simultaneously doing all the things that need to get downmorning. My cousin preps all her fruit for smoothie making in the hand blender hopper the night before - then just adds milk and juice in the morning. You could put it in a cup with a straw - and presto car food. Anywho - hope some of that is potentially helpful. Good luck!
