Nothing this week. But had too much to eat this weekend. Celebrated the hubbies birthday, so should be happy at least no gains. Made my son mac and cheese tonight from a recipe they loved when they were younger. Oh boy, was so good I had two helpings😱😱
76.3 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
