My heart is just completely broken. I thought i was doing well. I was so excited about this mornings weigh in.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you! I've been eating so well and trying my best to stay healthy this holiday and whoops, up 2 kgs. I even gain cm😕 But we must remember that this is a marathon and not a Sprint, weight picked up can be lost again and sadly vice versa. Eventually we'll get there.
