Okay so yesterday I knew I was gonna be having a non-diet friendly dinner, so I exercised extra hard and kept my calories real low until dinner but still ended up gaining some.....previously I would have given up this week and restarted on Sunday, but not this time. Today I have done my exercises and will do more to try and offset that gain I had, I will continue with the progress I have made thoughout the weekend and onward. I am not going to take any steps back just because I enjoyed one HUGE dinner. I wish everyone the strenght they need to make it through the weekend without any set backs. Good Luck to all!!!!
