Kinda feeling like I'm in a groove now. so far my secret is that I can now have a piece of fruit at lunch to support my energy needs at my physically taxing summer job, and I'll still loose as long as I avoid any non-green-veggie carbs after lunch time.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
