My eetgewoontes is so sleg in die aande. Deur die dag is dit nog okay, maar in die aand val ek van die wa af. Maybe I should try harder with the mealprep thing. But the veggies seem to go all pap when I tried that. Any suggestions what keeps well from the seasoned mealpreppers out there?

Hi, I do a chicken breast and broccoli, but I only blanche the veggies then they don't go mushie. Because I do IF I skip dinner, so my mind is already set to know there won't be eating in the evenings. It worked for me.

i do dumpy bread with mozzarella cheese or tuna. then a cut up apple. or provitas. even bakers breakfast biscuits. a salad without the dressing. fruit salad with lemon juice to preserve it. i eat from 11 to 3 and i do IF as well.
