I seem to be stalling, but I really think it is just my body adjusting. I started my diet in March and have lost 22 lbs, not showing here since I was using another sight to track it. But anyhow, I think 22 lbs since March is good, and I'm really following my diet perfectly, and exercising everyday. I only took one day off since i began. I even bought a new bicycle to ride all over the place, 8 miles a day now but hoping to do better if the rain stops. I do wish I could drop some by next week. Staying at 216 for a couple of weeks is getting me down. But at least I'm not gaining! I've got to lose though, since my calories never go above 1500 and my carbs never over 20. Plus the exercise which I keep increasing. So, I just need to be patient I guess.
