My goal this week is to watch my sodium intake. I've found that I eat a LOT of foods rich in sodium, and that could be one of the causes of my belly bloat. They say recommended amount of sodium per day is 2,300. Yesterday I had 2,496. I'm going food shopping today to look for foods with less sodium and more nutrients!
73.6 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
