Okay so I have my diet buddies and my motivators and I am sticking to this. I did pretty good yesterday: 15 miles on my bike with 10 lb ankle weights, yardwork, cleaning and then fishin'. All in all I did fine with what I ate calorie wise. I didn't get to have dinner until a little after 10pm last night but I will try and get dinner on the table much earlier tonight. But I am focused and working hard. Time to hop on the bike so that I have time for the stability ball workout today too!!!! Lets hope I can take it a little bit easier then last time where I couldn't move for a few days!!!! Until next time then, best wishes everyone!!!!
