Okay I am just having a hard time with doing what I should be doing. I am such a procrastinator I just keep putting the exercise and the eating right off. No more. There is no more "bad" food in my house at all. Now it is just up to me and the hubby to not buy anymore "bad" food and to actually exercise. But here goes.....best of luck to all. I am sick of this yo-yo.

Remember progress not perfection. Exercise can be anything that gets your heart beat raised a bit and your body active- housework, gardening, painting...STick to it it does get easier! I have found mind set is the biggest part of my battle. I bought this great coffee mug from a thrift store it says....Let beautiful Things Happen Today!!
