Back to the drawing board 😔. Surgery + no exercise + sitting round eating = weight gain 🤭 ... new start new incentive new mindset !! Here goes...
66.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
