Bikin diet plan, contoh : pagi mau makannya apa? kalorinya brp? protein/carbs/fat brp? siang makan apa? dst dan percaya d ama gw, smua org yg badannya bagus punya diet plannya sendiri, mrk bisa makan apa aja tapi mrk tau macro micro yg masuk ke badannya. Makanan jajanan street food umumnya kalori 400-500 kok jd cukup gampang diitung. Diet plan lbh penting lho drpd gym. Krn diet ngatur makanan itu kontribusinya paling tinggi lho, mindset yg terbalik klo training memberikan kontribusi paling besar untk ngebentuk badan. Good luck :)
