Lepas kontrol dari seminggu terakhir puasa, makan berantakan, jarang makan buah sama sayur, ditambah lebaran kalori surplus terus, kebanyakan lemak dan karbo kurang protein. jadi deh skrg gk enak badan, batuk pilek😢
