I didn't see a change in weight for the first week. I'm not sure if the calorie counts are inaccurate and I'm merely maintaining or if I'm losing an equal amount of fat as I am gaining muscle, or if I just misread the scale the first time I weighed in.
I definitely feel like I'm eating better/less though. Overall I just feel a little more sore than usual, no change otherwise.
