Still getting a hang of where to post stuff...
I started this challenge at 197 lbs. I've been:
juicing
64-100oz water
2 tbs apple cider vinegar daily
making fresh soup
30 minutes cardio
I do not crave anything. I am not deprived of anything. I feel good and sleep better.
I am 194 lbs. I lost 3 lbs in a little less than 3 days.
FS will not allow my weight entry. The only way I can post my weight loss progress is to restart my diet and put in my new weight.
What I'm doing works for me. I felt like garbage and looked sick. Well, I was sick.
Now- I'm shedding the sickness and the excess lbs away.
