Despite resorting to pain relief and no walking since Saturday I have had a loss! Feeling a bit better today and looking forward to Sunday when we visit our son and his family in Cheshire! Can't wait to see them all, especially the granddaughters!

Thank you all! Determined to stay away from pain relief today as they wreck my stomach. Have a great weekend everyone!

How about paracetamol? Less likely to upset your stomach. It's what I take if I need pain relief. Well done on the super loss. Have a lovely weekend 🙂

Doubrie can't take paracetamol, the hospital prescribed Tramadol but I only ever take one when my pain is truly unbearable. I use camomile essential oil a lot for pain relief, mixed in a carrier oil with lavender and marjarom oil, it helps a lot!
