I've done that myself many of times. I have found that for myself, if I mix things up for a few days it helps. I have also learned that even though I had quit even gained weight - it wasn't fat - it was muscle. I can see the difference in my legs even though they are big, I can see muscle instead of fat - same w/my arms. If you get a chance, have your body fat measured and you might be surprised to what is muscle not fat.
