這兩天幾乎放自己假了 前天吃烤鴨肉、滷味、滷甜不辣、牛肉、奇華牛油蛋捲、巧克力蛋糕 昨晚吃必勝客的pizza、烤雞、德國香腸 還加碼了炸雞排、鹹酥雞、毛豆、新貴派的花生夾心酥 吃不停 所以體重上升也是正常的65.6 體脂肪31 應該是體重上升⬆️、體脂肪下降⬇️, 所以也是不準的,希望今天能正常一點, 別再有甜食的慾望了
