Here I am back at it. It's my fault since I stopped hitting the gym for like months. Issue is time again, I'm undergoing a project to organize & fix my apt & that has my weeknights & weekends filled. I admit moving stuff, assembling, & shopping can be somewhat if a workout but not sufficient.
I've been still eating right, but not always, some junk still slips in here & there. But still no bread or rice mostly. I'm sure i'll always stick to this. I'm starting this again to push myself to find time for a workout. I feel 130 is just too low so I'll be satisfied with 135 .
65.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
