quite an eye opener if your dieting or trying to lose weight.
92.0 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve never watched it but i know in the 70s everyone said fat was bad so the food industry created low fat foods since then every disease has got worse carb consuming went up diabetes went up obesity went up etc etc could be a coincidence but for 6months I’ve been eating high fat low carbs and my weight has never been better. And now I can enjoy carbs when I want to have them having said all that I’ve also been in great shape eating good carbs like sweet potato oats brown rice so it all depends really 😀
